Going to hike this trail on Saturday and was wondering if anyone has anyone done this hike before? It's off I-90, exit 31. If anyone has done this hike recently, I'd like to know any information about the trail. Thanks for any input you can provide.

Hi John,

I think ALL of them will be useful. This last winter I was hoping to find out any information on trails that were good for snowshoeing and think this addition will be fantastic. But the entire list would definitely help me in deciding what trails to hike. Would you also consider adding a cross-country skiing column? Love this website. It has helped me immensely these past couple of years find some of the best hikes. Also love the pictures. Helps to know what to look forward too.

SnowShoeing and Cross Country Skiing » Good Trails for SnowShoeing? Feb 27, 2006 11:36 AM (Total replies: 6)

We went snowshoeing at Snow Lake (Snoqualmie Pass) and had a blast. Looked like quite a few people were forging their own trails so we ended up following some of those trails. Spent some time watching the backcountry skiers.

I can't seem to get any trail information when I click on specific trails. Don't know if it has to do with my computer or not. Looking for somewhere close to Puyallup, but not Mt. Rainier that doesn't take a whole lot of driving time and isn't too long of a hike. Any suggestions?

Equpment and Gear » Smartwool Expedition Trekking Sep 29, 2005 06:28 AM (Total replies: 4)

I personally love Smartwool socks. I found that the Mountaineering socks work the best for me since I like a lot of cushion. But I have found that I also got "runs" in a couple of pairs that I bought. They've also helped me thru some grueling marathons.
